Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket from Impact Pro Wrestling NZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions:



1. Ticket Validity

- Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.

- Allocated seating tickets are only valid for the assigned seats.

- Entry is only granted with a valid ticket; duplicates or resold tickets may be denied.



2. Refunds & Exchanges

- Refunds will be issued in the case of event cancellation. Refunds based on other circumstances are up to the discretion of Impact Pro Wrestling.

- If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.



3. Event Changes

- The organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the program, lineup, or venue as deemed necessary.



4. Admission & Conduct

- Attendees must follow venue policies and staff instructions at all times.

- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals for behavior deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.



5. Photography & Media

- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and media purposes.



6. Liability

- The event organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
